Personal Assistant Opportunity

The US-Iran Displacement Foundation works with donors, volunteers and community partners to support orphanage homes and families affected by conflict and displacement.

Through coordinated outreach programs, donations and humanitarian assistance, the foundation aims to bring stability and support to communities that have been deeply impacted by war.

As our programs continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant who can help maintain accurate records, coordinate outreach schedules and assist with the documentation of our humanitarian work.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that donations, visitations to partner orphanage homes, and community support activities are properly organized and recorded.

Weekly Compensation: $400 – $500

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized records of donations and financial contributions
• Document outreach visits and activities with partner orphanage homes
• Schedule meetings, charity programs and foundation events
• Organize documentation of foundation activities
• Assist communication between the foundation and partner organizations
• Maintain reports and activity logs for transparency
